The Sensible Approach to Dealing With Acne

Acne is one of those complex problems that you can agonise over for ages, without ever really getting to the heart of it. Certainly, hygiene can play a part in causing acne, but so too can diet, stress, environmental factors (such as air pollution, helping to clog your pores) and hormonal changes related to age, illness or fertility status. If you are having an acne problem it is obviously necessary to consider all of these possible causes.

 

But at the same time, since acne is often a multifaceted condition, in which several factors play a part, it is worth investing a few pounds in a pimple popper to give you a quick and effective way to remove the spots whenever they appear. By all means search for the answer to the question ‘Why is it happening?’ But at the same time, deal with the problem in a practical way. Cut out sugar, refined carbohydrates, and fried foods from your diet. Eat mounds of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially green leafy foods such as spinach and cabbage. Exercise daily in the fresh air. Avoid smoking, and don't drink to excess, if at all. And wash twice daily with warm water and medicated soap. For any spots that make it past these defences, sterilize the pimple popper, remove the spots, and then sterilize your skin and keep it thoroughly clean. That way, you stand the best chance of a pimple free face.
